Pro-Formance Training, led by Shon Peace, is on a mission to empower athletes to achieve their peak potential. Shon specializes in making sure that every athlete has sport-specific training programs to accelerate the improvement of his athletes. With expertise in strength training, speed development, nutrition, recovery methods, and overall performance, Shon looks to continue training athletes at ULETE, the most premier facility in the area.
Shon has been training athletes for over 20 years which includes being the Strength and Conditioning coach for Shaw University’s men’s basketball team, and being part of the Strength and Conditioning team at the University of North Carolina for both football and women’s basketball. At UNC, Shon was a part of training players such as Hakeem Nicks, Brandon Tate, Kentwan Balmer, Ivory Lata, Latoya Pringle, and many more. Shon Peace is starting a Weekly Speed and Agility Program for athletes ages 7-12!
The training sessions will take place from 5-6pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday nights.
Cost is $20 per session.
Athletes are able to select the sessions they can attend each week!
Every athlete will need a signed Waiver and active Player Card.
